Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. General orders are processed within 2-5 business days, any Pre-order items will be processed within 7-14 business days

 

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

We use Australia Post to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

**Please note: For the time being, some of our products may arrive in packaging from a previous business owner. Don't be alarmed if the logo or design looks different, rest assured the quality and care inside are all ours! 

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all packaging intact.

Please note:

  • Personalised or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
